Shawn Hindle, P.E., Sr.Vice President, Engineering, heads HWA’s Engineering Department. With over 25 years civil engineering experience, he oversees all HWA roadway design projects and has represented the company as District Engineer on a number of CDD Boards.

He has lived and worked in Osceola County for 19 years and his involvement in the community includes his former employment as City of Kissimmee Engineering Department Manager and participation on numerous City, County and Regional Boards, including the Orange County Transportation Liaison Committee, the East Central Florida Regional Planning Council, the Metropolitan Planning Organization and the Osceola County School Board Business Advisory Board. He is also a member of a number of local, state and national professional associations.
